These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the LockChain mobile application and its associated services (collectively, "the Service"), which are managed by LockChain ("us," "we," or "our"). Service Description

Our app prioritizes your privacy and the security of your data.

• Enrollment and Identity Verification: The Service allows you to enroll and verify your identity using biometric data for user verification and cryptographic key pairs, which are stored securely. Your private keys are never exposed by the app. Losing your device may result in losing access to your enrolled identity.

• Data Collection and Use: We collect data necessary for the functionality of the Service, such as your user ID, subscription type, and enrollment status. For more details on the data we collect and how we use it, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Personal information required for app signup is stored securely on Google Firebase.

• Transaction Verification: The app uses Blockchain and Firestore to verify data integrity and immutability.

User Obligations

Users must provide accurate and complete information at sign-up and ensure its confidentiality. The use of the service for illegal activities or violating privacy rights is strictly prohibited. Users are responsible for the security of their own device and account credentials.

Subscription Plans

The Service offers different subscription plans with varying features. By subscribing to any plan and agreeing to enroll, you commit to the associated costs as described within the app.

• Fees and Charges: You acknowledge that subscription fees may apply for accessing certain features, and these fees may be updated from time to time.

LockChain is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
